To place an order, first select from the dog products or horse products you wish to purchase and put them into the shopping cart by clicking the button you will find below each of the product pages, follow the directions on the screen and hit the button to complete the secure checkout process.

Did my order go through?
You’ll see all of the shipping charges and the total BEFORE you finalize your order. Once you finalize it, you’ll see a confirmation page thanking you for placing an order, and… you will get a email confirmation of the order placed within minutes of placing the order. If you don’t see it in your main email box, don’t forget to check your junk email box for the order confirmation.

Payment


When you go through the checkout process and finalize your purchase, you will then select the method of payment: we accept all major credit card payments, or… you can use your PayPal account and pay via PayPal express checkout.

PayPal express – is fully integrated into the shopping cart at the Equinat-USA.com website and enables PayPal customers to make QUICK puchases. You don’t need to enter postage and billing information when making a purchase via your PayPal account because PayPal already has that information stored making your transaction a painless process.

DressThatMan.com Incorporated owns the Equinat-USA.com website, and you may see this name in your PayPal account.

Site Security

We are confident our site is secure! The payment end of the site uses SSL – Short for Secure Sockets Layer. This is the Internet electronic transaction protocol used to obtain confidential user information, such as credit card numbers. By convention, URLs that require an SSL connection start with https, and if you are looking for it, you’ll see that when you go through the checkout process itself. The fact is your credit card information is never even revealed to the staff at Equinat-USA.com because it is encrypted during the checkout process when it is processed through our payment gateway. We do NOT log or store your credit card numbers in a database on the site.

Your personal information is actually more secure here than if you allow someone to pick up your credit card and walk away with it to process your payment for dinner at a restaurant.

How we protect YOU against Credit Card Fraud
When using a credit card during the checkout process, our shopping cart requires the input of a CCV number. What’s that? It’s an authentication verification number established by credit card companies to reduce fraud for internet and mail order transactions. It consists of requiring a card holder to enter the CCV number during the checkout time to verify that the card is on hand. This increases our commitment to protect DressThatMan customers from fraud and reduces our exposure to fraudulent charges.

How do I find my CVV number on my Credit Card?
The Credit Card Verification number is a non-embossed number printed on the credit card.

For Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards, the number is located on the back of your card near the top of the signature box. The number is the last 3 digits on the row of numbers.

For American Express cards, the number is located on the front of your card, on the right hand side above your card number. The number on American Express cards is four digits long.

Common problems with Credit Card payment Authorization Refusal:

  • no CCV value entered or – incorrect CCV value entered
    see the section above to locate the CCV value on your credit card
  • the billing address does not match the Credit Card entered
    the card entered MUST match the billing statement the cardholder receives
  • incorrect Credit Card number, incorrect expiration date, etc.

We have no control over Credit Card payment authorization and acceptance, the best advice we can give you is to follow the error codes on the screen to determine the problem and correct it.

Sometimes, it can be the fault of our payment gateway – so if you believe you have done everything correctly and the order will not complete, please wait a bit and try again.

Fraud Prevention

Our server logs all orders – even those that have failed, along with your IP address of your computer. If you are attempting to place a fraudulent order by using credit cards that are in question as to whether they are yours, or you are using a proxy service in an attempt to hide or mask your true IP address – we will compile this all of this information including the address you are attempting to have merchandise delivered to, and turn it over to the proper authorities and your order will not be processed even IF you manage to get it through. We take fraud and identity theft very seriously at Equinat-USA.com.

If you request that your order is shipped to an alternate address, to prevent ourselves and consumers against fraud, you will be required to furnish any or all of the following information before we will ship your order: photo identification, the name of the issuing bank and telephone number which appears on the back of the credit card used, and/or your signature on a copy of the order placed. We reserve the right to refuse any shipment at our discretion.

Shipping

If I place an order, how soon do you ship? If you get your order in by 9 am EST, and choose the standard USPS shipping option, your order will ship within 1 to 3 business days – Monday through Friday, except for holidays.

If you get your order in by 9 am EST, and choose the FedEx 2 day option, your order will ship the same day – Monday through Friday, except for holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: It takes 2 business days to reach you via FedEx 2 day service, and FedEx only picks up Monday through Friday. For example, if you order on Friday after 9 am EST, your order will ship via FedEx on Monday and you will receive it by Wednesday. They do NOT count the day they pick the parcel up – if they picked it up on Monday and you received it on Tuesday, that would be a FedEx overnight parcel.

If your FedEx order is shipped ON FRIDAY – via the 2-day FedEx option, you will not receive it until Tuesday the following week. A FedEx overnight parcel shipped on Friday will be received on Monday.

Overnight FedEx packages – FedEx delivers 5 days a week and this service DOES NOT include Saturday delivery. If you order Friday before 9 am EST, you will not receive your parcel unil Monday.

How will you ship my order? We ship standard parcels in the USA via USPS Priority Mail, and most customers will receive their package within 2-3 working days within the USA after the date they are packed and picked up by the shipper. Your order is being processed and shipped from Michigan in the USA.

Canadian orders are shipped either via USPS Airmail or by USPS Priority International USPS – you will select the option you want when you go through the checkout process.

 

Can I get my order shipped express? YES, If you reside within the contiguous USA -that is, within the 48 adjoining states (EXCLUSIONS are: Alaska, Hawaii and all off shore US territories possessions including American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Marina Islands, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands) and choose the faster shipping option when checking out, you can choose to have your order shipped via FedEx 2 day service. If you get your order in by 9 am EST, and choose the standard FedEx 2 day shipping option, your order will be shipped the same day – Monday through Friday, except for holidays.

How much will I be charged for shipping? The shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping charges based on weight. If you reside in the USA, you also have the option to ship via FedEx 2 day service for an additional 15 US dollars. You’ll see all of the charges in your shopping cart BEFORE you finalize your order.

Sales Tax

Will I have to pay Sales Tax on my order? USA State of Michigan residents are required to pay 6% sales tax, all other States are exempt from sales tax. If you are a Michigan resident, the shopping cart will automatically add sales tax in when you go through the checkout process. .

Canadian Customs Charges

International buyers in Canada should know their customs laws. You are responsible for any additional fees your country may charge in the form of import duties. We have no control over Canadian import charges. All custom duties required in Canada where a shipment is received are the responsibility of the end buyer.

Equinat-USA.com (and its parent company DressThatMan.com Inc.) cannot be held liable for any subsequent tax you owe once a shipment arrives in your country. We declare the actual price you paid for merchandise on the customs forms without exception. If we receive a refused order back from your country, we will refund you only for the price of the merchandise ordered. If you wish to reorder the merchandise after it has been sent back to us as refused for Canadian tax, you will have to pay the shipping charges again.

Lost Packages? Who is Liable?

The liability from Equinat-USA.com as the seller to you (the addressee/receiver/buyer) occurs when the status of the USPS (or alternatively, FedEx) package tracking information is marked/shown as “Delivered” or “Notice Left”. Until this happens, we are fully responsible for any lost packages. Since USPS automatically insures and tracks packages up to $100.00 – we do not require delivery signature on packages that are under than that amount. If the order is over $100.00 – we may add a signature at our discretion. As for FedEx packages, FedEx automatically insures packages up to $100.00 – therefore, we declare the actual value on all FedEx orders OVER $100.00. Also, please note that FedEx packages REQUIRE a signature on all orders OVER $500.00.

Equinat-USA.com reserves the right, at our discretion, to add a signature to ANY package we send out.

If the package hasn’t arrived, first check the tracking number provided – as this will generally provide the information needed. On rare occasions, we have had packages take a rerouted detour and finally make a delayed appearance to the addressee without any further explanation. If you do NOT receive a tracking number (first check your spam box in the email you used to place the order), buyers should contact us to confirm that the order was shipped.

If the USPS or FedEx tracking does NOT say “Delivered” or “Notice Left”, and the buyer never received the package, Equinat-USA.com as the seller is liable for issuing the refund or replacing the products.

If the tracking DOES state “Delivered” or “Notice Left”, the transaction is complete and Equinat-USA.com is no longer responsible for replacing or refunding the item(s). If the buyer has not received the package, please ask your neighbors, family; the apartment manager (if applicable) and/or speak to your local post office (they may be holding the package) or FedEx carrier- if possible, speak directly to the mail carrier who delivered the package. Someone else might have accepted the parcel. If you believe your parcel was stolen, we would encourage you to file a police report and as well as a complaint with your local USPS/FedEx office.

When an order is packed and a tracked package is marked as successfully delivered, we have fulfilled our obligation and are no longer responsible for issuing a refund or replacing products.
